Vari-Wall Tube Specialists Inc. was established in 1985, with a mission to provide variable wall thickness tubular components for critical strength applications. Our innovative products are currently used in Automotive Link Arm Suspension Systems, Anti-Vibration Components, Agricultural Tools, Building Products, Baseball Bats, Bicycle Frame and Fork Assemblies. We employ 100 associates in a 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Northeastern Ohio.

We utilize custom machinery of our own design, producing well over 125,000 tubular products daily from many different steel and aluminum alloys. Our dedication to quality and performance is not just another sales feature. The commitment of each Vari-Wall associate is to exceed our customers' quality and delivery expectations. In 1998, we shipped over thirty million tubular components while maintaining less than 2.8-PPM defect ratio and a delivery performance exceeding 99.7%.
