Specialized Equipment

You cannot walk into another manufacturing facility and see duplicates of our cold forming machines. We design, fabricate, and assemble our own cold forming equipment. The tooling and gaging for inspection of critical characteristics is simultaneously engineered as part of the whole project, not as an afterthought.

Our equipment is designed with flexibility in mind. Many different tube geometries can be produced on our machines. This versatility allows us to create various configurations on any of several machines providing our customers the assurance of quick delivery of both prototype and production parts. We are willing and able to design, build, and tool a dedicated machine to meet the requirements of high volume programs.

Among the machines we have developed are six-station progressive die extruders which draw/extrude pieces with three internal and two external diameters. Other examples are work cells that have been created to cut, form, machine, deburr and roll thread link arm components for automotive suspension systems.
